"IT'S A STRETCH!" 

TRY ANY CLASS FOR FREE!  Are you interested in a fun and easy way to add to your overall health and exercise regiment? Join us for a Christian-based yoga class in the fellowship hall. Monday and Thursdays at 6:30 pm (new time effective Jan 2024). Both guys and gals are invited! The cost is $30 per month ($45/couple) or $5 per class and is taught by certified yoga instructor, Jodie Harris. Have a yoga mat and towel or blanket available.
