Bill Crews

Pastor Bill Crews joined our staff in 2017 and is passionate about discipleship. He believes the best way for people to grow spiritually is through relationships with others where they find encouragement, discover biblical truth, and enjoy a life lived on mission.

Pastor Bill sees his role as pastor as one that equips people to live out the gospel by pursuing their identity in Christ, engaging their world, and sacrificing freely. This includes a call to teach biblical truth in a practical and understandable way so that genuine life change can occur.

As a life long learner, Pastor Bill loves to read and for fun he loves to take things apart "just to see how they work." With degrees in Mechanical and Environmental Engineering, and 18 years of working in an industrial setting, he approaches most things in life from an analytical perspective.

For 10 years, Pastor Bill served as an Administrative Pastor in FL.

Most importantly, Pastor Bill loves his family. He and his wife, Jane are both natives of South Carolina and graduates of Clemson University. They are the parents of Ellie and Matthew.

PASTOR of discipleship

John has been a part of Grace since we began in November of 2004. He started as a leader of the worship team and was soon given the role of Worship Coordinator. After completing his Masters in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Formation from Columbia International University in 2010, John transitioned to the role of Pastor of Discipleship.

John enjoys playing percussion and participating in the worship team, but he has also enjoyed growing in his current role as he helps to guide our church in going deeper in our walk with Christ. From Life Groups, to Bible Studies, or community outreach events, John enjoys connecting with others and encouraging them to connect deeper with one another and to share the love of Christ with those in their spheres of influence.

John has been married to his wife Betsy since 2006. They have one daughter, Hannah, who is six years old. John enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, exercising with his F3 group, and cheering on the Gamecocks.

Bryan rogers

youth pastor

Bryan joined the GraceChurch staff in June of 2019. He and his wife, Kim, relocated from Texas to work as coordinators of mobilization for Crossover Global . They are seeking to minister to the unreached people groups of the world. They will be assisting in the planting of multiplying churches among unreached people who have no access to the gospel, and they will be mobilizing the next generation missionaries.

Bryan is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Texas Tech University, has a Masters in Intercultural Studies from Liberty University, and is a PhD candidate at Columbia International University. He has been a youth pastor for 30 years, engineer, high school teacher of math, engineering and robotics, and coach of baseball, softball, basketball, and cross country for 17 years. Kim, a graduate of Texas Tech University in elementary education, is an elementary teacher of 28 years.

They have three children. Aaron, a missionary, is the Director and Minister of Education for a Christian camp. Abram is in college for Audio Engineering and just married his bride, Marichel, who is also in college. Abby, adopted from China, is a recent high school graduate.

They have traveled to Iceland, Turkey, Lebanon, Moldova, Dominican Republic, Germany, China, the Bahamas, and all over the US to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. They enjoy hiking, adventure, learning about other cultures, and serving God and others. Bryan also is in training for an IronMan Triathalon.

mary kay bernard

worship leader/Church Administrator

Mary Kay joined the GraceChurch staff in 2016 after leading worship at churches in Florida, Virginia and Hawaii. She has degrees in Business Management and Accounting (Bradley University, Peoria, IL) and a Master's in Business Administration (Webster University, Irvine, CA).  Her strongest passion, however, has always been with worship at the local church.

Mary Kay is married to Joe and his USMC career is what originally moved them from place to place. They have four grown children - Matthew, Michael, Jake and Anne.

In her spare time, she enjoys photography and is an avid sports fan, especially with her hometown Cleveland teams and several college teams, which now includes the Gamecocks, of course!

Patricia joined the GraceChurch staff in 2017 as the Children's Ministry Coordinator and strongly believes that our children will be the future of ministry. From a young age, Patricia learned that even children can do big things for Christ.

She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry, Family & Culture from Columbia International University and hopes that in the future she can pursue a Master's Degree in Counseling to become a Youth and Children's Counselor.

Patricia loves sports such as Basketball and Track and Field. She likes to run in her spare time, listen to Broadway Musical Soundtracks and putting together puzzles.

Patricia also enjoys spending time with her husband Malcolm and her two sons, Kaden and Keenan.
